To generate a Gong API key, you need to be a Gong administrator. Here’s how:

1.) In Gong, go to Settings > Data Access > API.
2.) Click Create to generate the access key and access key secret.
3.) Make a copy of these credentials and securely pass them to your MeetRecord Account Manager along with       the Gong API Domain name (e.g., us1234.api.gong.com).

You can choose which data you'd like to migrate by considering the time period and user data. Let us know:

1.) The time frame (e.g., last 3 months).
2.) Which users' data you'd like to include in the migration.

To ensure a smooth migration, provide at least 1 week's notice to MeetRecord. The migration will typically take place over a weekend to minimize disruption.

MeetRecord will map Gong users based on their email addresses during the migration. The following data will be migrated:

1.) Call metadata such as time, duration, customer, and attendees.
2.) Conversation transcripts, including speaker separation.
3.) Playable conversations (including video if applicable).
