The Role

‍We’re looking for a young, energetic, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes social media and knows how to make digital channels pop. If you’ve had success running social campaigns, growing an online following, or making brand pages come alive — this one’s for you.

This role is remote-first, but candidates based in Bangalore are preferred as we plan to work from the office occasionally.

Responsibilities

‍

• Manage and own MeetRecord’s digital presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Drive follower growth and engagement — specifically within our North America ICP
• Ideate, write, and publish regular, relevant content in collaboration with our in-house designer
• Launch and manage organic and paid social campaigns, especially LinkedIn ads
• Track and report key digital KPIs: follower growth, impressions, clicks
• Organize and promote digital campaigns, virtual roadshows, and content drops
• Keep our social channels active, on-brand, and impactful
• Take ownership of everything digital — from concept to execution

What We’re Looking For

‍

1. 1–2 years of hands-on digital/social media marketing experience
2. Prior internship or apprenticeship with a SaaS or B2B company preferred
3. Recent MBA grads from Tier-I or Tier-II institutes are encouraged to apply
4. Proven track record of building social engagement or brand traction
5. Ability to write sharp copy, think visually, and collaborate with designers
6. Strong understanding of LinkedIn & Twitter as a growth platform
7. Self-starter with a growth mindset and ownership mentality
