Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own and drive product adoption, demand generation, and high-intent content creation. This is a high-impact role tailored for someone who understands the nuances of sales-led growth (SLG), user behaviour, and North American buying journeys in SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market (GTM) planning for new features and rollouts
- Analyze behavioural data of US/NA users to optimize product positioning and usage
- Drive product adoption by identifying friction points and enabling growth opportunities
- Discover and nurture new lead sources through SLG-informed demand generation tactics
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to identify messaging gaps and opportunities
- Build and manage MOFU/BOFU content pipelines targeting high-intent keywords
- Conduct competitive intelligence and craft differentiated messaging
- Work closely with the content team to deliver impactful thought leadership and conversion content
- Track key KPIs around adoption, activation, and lead contribution
What We’re Looking For
- 5–6 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- An MBA degree from any tier-I or tier-II university globally
- Strong command of SLG strategies and user onboarding frameworks
- Demonstrated experience analyzing user behavior and funnel data, particularly for North American users
- Background in demand generation with a clear track record of sourcing net-new leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication — strong storytelling ability
- Solid understanding of SEO-driven content and keyword strategy
- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally with Product and Sales teams
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup
