Senior US Sales Account Executive

At MeetRecord, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re looking to hire an early member for our sales team who can set up, scale and do end-to-end sales in the US market now and can grow as a sales leader in the organisation going forward.

MeetRecord's revenue intelligence platform helps businesses get in-depth visibility into customer conversations to automate coaching and accelerate deal flow. Revenue leaders can do root-cause analysis, track market intelligence and figure the recipe to what can help the team close deals faster.

Over the last 2 years, MeetRecord has grown at top-percentile pace with 80% customers in the US market. MeetRecord is backed by Powerhouse Ventures, All in Capital, and GSF who have backed successful SaaS companies like Whatfix, and Slintel at an early stage.

About the job

At MeetRecord, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re looking to hire an early member for our sales team who can set up, scale and do end-to-end sales in the US market now and can grow as a sales leader in the organisation going forward.

The right candidate will:

  • Execute the end-to-end Outbound US sales process, Will prospect, provide customer demos and will be responsible for closing the deals
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of MeetRecord products and services to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities
  • Strive to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Supplement the sales pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.

Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years experience as a quota-carrying account executive.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers
  • Organised and strong time management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Business acumen
  • Thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
  • Sense of urgency and persistence
  • Flexibility - we're a small company that moves and reacts fast

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota
  • Experience of selling to CROs, VP Sales, Sales Leaders
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Experience in doing end-to-end sales in US market

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Pipedrive, Apollo or other sales tools
  • Prior experience as an account executive with a track record of achieving sales quotes
