Call Duration - Duration of the call
Talk Ratio - Talk-to-listen ratio of the Sales representative. Ideally, it should be less than 45%.
Longest Monologue - The longest duration for which the Sales representative continuously spoke. This should be less than 4 minutes.
Longest Customer Story - Longest duration for which the Customer spoke. Ideally, this should be more than 3 minutes
Interactivity Score - Measure of interactivity between the host and prospect. This is in the range of 1-5, where 5 indicates high interactivity.
Question Rate - Number of questions asked in an hour. This should be more than 18.
Patience - Avg pause time before the sales representative speaks. .5-2 seconds pause indicates thoughtfulness.
